Shipping Destinations

Wellio currently ships within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We use New Zealand Post for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Auckland Region: Overnight delivery
North Island (excluding Auckland): Overnight delivery
South Island: Delivery within 48 hours
Rural Addresses: Delivery may take 4–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the time of pickup by New Zealand Post. In some cases, there may be a 1–2 day delay.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Click & Collect (Optional)

Customers in Auckland can pick up their orders from Sunnynook Link Pharmacy, 4/146 Sunnynook Road, Sunnynook, Auckland 0620. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
